GUST operates a progressive programme structure, starting with Teeny Tiny Swimmers for parents and babies, progressing through Little Swimmers for toddlers, into Mainstream lessons with achievement-based rewards (certificates, badges, and swimfins), and Development Squads for advancing young swimmers. This scaffolded approach means children can progress at their own pace within an age-appropriate framework.
