# Flying Fish Swimming School

Flying Fish Swimming School, based in Thetford, offers a comprehensive range of aquatic programmes designed to build confidence and swimming skills across all ages and abilities. Operating from multiple local pools (Thetford, Feltwell and Methwold), the school provides specialist instruction tailored to different life stages.

For the youngest swimmers, Parent and Baby Aquafit (PABA) combines maternal fitness with infant water introduction for babies aged 4-18 months, whilst Baby, Toddler & Pre-School lessons welcome children from just 3 months old. These early years sessions emphasise fun and confidence-building through water-based games, singing and water safety skills, with one adult required in the water.

School-aged children benefit from structured after-school and Saturday morning lessons at Feltwell and Methwold pools respectively. Small class sizes enable individual feedback as children progress from complete beginners to swimming lengths, with each week focusing on different strokes and water safety fundamentals.

For adults, the school offers Aqua Aerobics using pool noodles and aqua equipment, plus Swimsanity—a high-intensity new class combining hand paddles and buckets for serious calorie burning. All equipment is provided.
